Dunedin today

A view in the local paper today taken in one of the suburbs where I hope to live. In fact this is one of the lower suburbs near the church I hope to attend. Snow fell in the sea level suburbs and the city.

Wow! I have always wanted to visit Dunedin.

I know it is named after a place in Scotland; there is a Dunedin, FL here in the states. I have spent inordinate amounts of time there.

Hit enter too soon - I came by to say thank you for the prayers and my brain got carried away with the snowy photo.

Thank you so much Brian.

DunEDIN is apparently named after EDINburgh, not sure why it was changed around although I have read it somewhere. Yes my google searched often bring up the Florid one especially when searching for real estate :-(
You are always in my prayer list Fran.

Oh snow! We are about to celebrate Midsummer over here.

But it will be the chilliest for very long, just about 15 centigrades...

I have to say, I like the look of that.

Since the snow just left here in April, I'm not sure I'm all that keen on seeing it again. Dunedin sounds like a nice place though. It's one of the places I've yet to visit.

I guess we have different viewpoints Motheramelia. The last time I had snow where I am now living was on July 4, 1985.
